Free Ground Shipping
JJN Solar offers free ground shipping on many of our products. Eligible items will be clearly marked on the product detail page.

Valid Delivery Address Required
All orders must include a valid street address. Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

 

Processing & Transit Time

 

Order processing time is: 1 business day
Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Multiple Shipments
Based on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Once your order ships, you may click here to track your delivery status.

Address Changes
After a package has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to request a change, please click here to contact customer service.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If refusal is not possible, please provide photos so we can assist you with after-sales support.

No Warehouse Pickup
Our warehouse does not support self-pickup. For special requests, please click here to submit a support request.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and products. If any damage is found, contact us right away.

Estimated Shipping Time
When items are in stock, typical delivery time is 5–8 business days. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us for assistance.
